As a documentary filmmaker Mark Terry has been producing award-winning films for more than 20 years. His latest film, The Polar Explorer, is the winner of 12 international awards including the Gemini Humanitarian Award and was the only film invited to screen at the 2011 UN conference in Cancun. Mark is a member of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, the Explorers Club, the Canadian Council for Geographic Education and the University of Alberta’s Northern Research Network.
